Multi-practice law firm Spector Constant & Williams has boosted its Real Estate, Banking & Finance team by promoting Jaz Tott to Partner as the firm looks to develop talent from within.

Jaz, previously a senior associate at the firm, has played a key role in real estate transactions for a variety of clients that include banks, developers, investors, hoteliers, franchisees, care home operators, PLCs, SMEs, landlords, tenants, and high net-worth individuals.

Over the last decade, he has worked with a variety of asset classes ranging from offices, retail parks, development sites, mixed-use buildings, hotels, luxury homes, industrial units, car workshops, and commercial units.
