Gateley Legal has bolstered its Manchester corporate team with the appointment of Katie Porter as legal director. Katie returns after a six-year tenure at Pinsent Masons, where she advanced from solicitor to senior associate, specializing in corporate legal advisory and private equity transactions. Prior to Pinsent Masons, she trained and qualified at Gateley, making this a homecoming to the team where her legal career began.

In her appointment as legal director, Katie brings a wealth of experience, contacts in the local deal community and a complementary set of skills that will bolster the team’s success and drive further growth. Her strategic insight and proven track record in managing complex legal matters will enhance the team’s capabilities, marking Katie’s return to Gateley as a significant addition to the senior Manchester corporate team.
