Gold Status for National Law Firm VWV in We Invest in People Award

Award-winning national law firm VWV, with offices in London, Watford, Bristol and Birmingham, has been awarded the Gold We Invest in People Award.

The award is accredited by Investors in People (IIP), the global people management benchmark, and demonstrates the firm’s dedication and commitment to develop good people strategies.

Commenting on the award, Managing Partner Simon Heald said:

VWV achieved its IIP accreditation in 1996 and has maintained it since, being assessed every three years.

IIP assesses how an organisation is performing against its ‘We Invest in People’ framework. IIP then advise and support on how to improve a workplace culture over time – specifically in areas around employee engagement, communication, organisational culture and work practices.

Reporting on VWV, IIP quotes:

Achievement of the ‘We in Invest in People’ framework is not easy. It is fair to say it has been the most challenging of times. Despite this, the Gold award is presented in recognition of the good people practices everyone at VWV has demonstrated.”
