Leading dispute resolution law firm Blackfords LLP has announced the promotion of six women to its partnership, marking a significant milestone in gender representation within the firm.

London-based Naureen Shariff, Rachel Wilson, and Jennifer Wilson join the Blackfords partnership alongside Woking partners Helen Worden and Hannah Giles, and Croydon-based Lisa Towell. This latest round of promotions increases the firm’s total number of partners to 13, shifting the gender balance to 62% female and 38% male.

The newly promoted partners bring extensive expertise in serious and business crime, regulatory law, family law, and complex litigation, further strengthening the firm’s leadership and commitment to diversity in the legal profession.
