The official launch of Broadfield, a new international law firm, was announced, led by its founding member BDB Pitmans and supported by SHP Legal Services (SHPLS). This collaboration positioned them as a transformative firm dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to mid-market clients.
Broadfield plans to establish offices worldwide, starting with the rebranding of BDB Pitmans’ UK operations. The firm’s global expansion is set to begin in 2025.
SHPLS will provide management services to law firms joining the new firm in the areas of technology, operations and talent acquisition. Broadfield member firms and their clients will benefit from upgraded technology, economies of scale, improved ability to collaborate on cross border matters and growth in legal talent.
