National law firm Freeths has provided legal counsel to the shareholders of BWP Group in connection with its recent investment from BGF.
Based in Marlow, BWP is a marketing and brand agency renowned for enhancing destination assets such as shopping centres, retail outlets, and leisure venues. Since its establishment in 1995, BWP has cultivated an impressive portfolio of partnerships, including high-profile destinations like the Trafford Centre, Eldon Square, Lakeside, Livingston Designer Outlet, and IKEA.
BGF, founded in 2011, focuses on providing venture capital to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the UK and Ireland. With a mission to bridge the SME funding gap, BGF supports businesses at various stages of growth across multiple sectors and regions. Its financial backing is supported by a robust £3 billion balance sheet.
This partnership marks a significant milestone for BWP Group, positioning it to accelerate growth and expand its impact within the destination marketing industry.
