Leading law firm, Clifton Ingram, is thrilled to announce the expansion of its Commercial Property team with the addition of Daniel York as a new Partner, effective from July 15th. 

Recognised and highly ranked in the Legal 500, Clifton Ingram are a leading full-service law firm, recognised for delivering comprehensive legal counsel to businesses and individuals throughout the Thames Valley, Surrey and Hampshire.

Daniel is joining Clifton Ingram with over 20 years of experience, including the last 7 years at Partner level at another leading law firm Daniel will primarily be based in the Wokingham office, while also servicing the Farnham and Reading offices.

Daniel’s expertise spans both commercial and residential property transactions, making him adept at handling a diverse range of deals with ease. He will be adding to the expertise of an already thriving Commercial Property department, with the hope this will encourage further growth to meet the demand.

Specifically, Daniel has a notable track record in secured lending transactions, leading negotiations on multi-million-pound refinances for corporate clients and managing the legal aspects of securing loans over varied property portfolios.

His extensive experience in managing leasehold properties, from granting leases to handling assignments and underletting, enhances his value to the team and improves the firms’ services offered to local residents and business owners.

This year has been significant for Clifton Ingram’s property division, particularly with the acquisition of Sloan Solicitors in Wokingham earlier in the year.

Alongside Daniel, Clifton Ingram is delighted to be promoting Emelia Dewar, specialising in Residential Property in Farnham, and Laura Inskip, a key member of our Family Law team based in Wokingham and Farnham, as Partners.
