DWF adds five new partners across four offices

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has bolstered its teams in London, Edinburgh, Belfast and Saudi Arabia with five partner hires in just one week.

The new hires – each joining in early October – will begin their roles in the Corporate, Dispute Resolution and Finance & Restructuring teams.

James Wilson joins as a Corporate partner in the London office specialising in equity capital markets. Having built strong relationships with a number of broking houses, his work focuses on IPOs, dual listings, secondary fundraisings and takeovers, among others.

Specialist construction lawyer and formerly a DWF director, Jonathan Gaskell, re-joins as a transactional Partner in the Infrastructure, Construction and Energy practice in Edinburgh.

In Belfast, two new partners will boost the team. Olivia O’Kane joins the team as a Dispute Resolution partner and specialist in technology and media law litigation, while Corporate partner Scott Kennedy, an expert in advising early stage technology companies, also joins in Belfast.

Middle East specialist, Leopold Zentner, joins DWF’s office in Riyadh. His work primarily focuses on advisory and transaction execution of greenfield and brownfield projects in the country.

Paul Rimmer, CEO of Legal Advisory at DWF said: “We’re delighted to welcome five new partners to our global business. They are very talented lawyers who will bring a wealth of experience to their respective offices and teams.”

  2. Why It’s Worth It: Sunday Riley 5 Stars Retinol + Niacinamide Eye Serum combines the two powerhouse ingredients, along with barrier-restoring ceramides, for a brightening, fine line-reducing treatment overnight. Your eyes will look refreshed and youthful before you can even hit the snooze button (again). For those of you who aren’t into richer creams, this retinol-powered serum is a lighter alternative to treating your under eyes and lids. Serum formulations are great if you wear liquid or serum makeup, as you won’t run into pilling. She went through many online reviews and has done thorough research to compile the list of the best anti-aging eye creams for women in their 30s. She says one should invest in a good anti-aging eye cream for keeping aging signs at bay. These products are moisturizing, lightweight, and non-greasy.

We couldn’t find any matches Meticulously picking out a good foundation brush may sound unnecessary to some, but if you’re committed to making your foundation application look pristine, it’s a non-negotiable. There are plenty of different kinds of foundation brushes by shape or bristle design. If you’re looking for an eyeshadow brush that can double as a lip brush this blending brush is for you. Blunder dubs this brush as the most versatile one in her kit. “This little densely packed pencil brush is great for everything from eyeshadow to concealer and (my favorite) for lips.” Scibelli explains that a makeup sponge can absorb more product than a brush, giving a more “diffused look” to your foundation. Martin, on the other hand, doesn’t use a sponge by itself (“It absorbs too much of the foundation and it can look cakey heave once applied,” he explains) and instead likes to use a sponge along with a brush to really meld and diffuse the foundation on the skin. He adds that sponges have the ability to bounce all over the face, allowing you to build up to a full-coverage finish.
