Higgs secures Investors in People accolade

Higgs LLP has received the silver accreditation from the world-renowned Investors in People.

The leading regional law firm has been recognised for generating a strong workplace culture and providing a platform for excellence which enables people to thrive, succeed and enjoy their work.

Over 90% of respondents from Higgs LLP said they trust the leaders of the firm, while 96% believe they share the values of the organisation.

Investors in People’s mission is to make work better for organisations across the world.

Nick Taylor, Managing Partner at Higgs LLP, said: “I am so proud that we have achieved the silver accreditation from Investors in People, which only around 20% of organisations achieve.

“We have always placed a very strong emphasis on creating the right culture for everyone, regardless of their role or where they carry out their work, and achieving this award is testament to that.

“As a firm, we have no greater asset than our people so it’s important to empower them to deliver outstanding service for our clients and invest in their own personal development.

Commenting on the award, HR Director Sophie Wardell explained: “We encourage people to take ownership for their careers and identify new and improved ways to do their work. The Investors in People report cited that the leaders of Higgs LLP provide real clarity around the firm’s purpose, vision and strategy.

It also said Higgs LLP is focused on continuous improvement and building a culture which encourages people to be innovative and share ideas.
