New senior associate solicitor welcomed by Commercial Property team

Paul Wilkinson has been welcomed as a senior associate solicitor to Blandy & Blandy‘s award winning Commercial Property team.

Paul Joins from a well-established firm in Reading and brings nearly 20 years’ of experience in advising on commercial property matters including land development (working with landowners and developers), the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants), and property finance.

He said: “I am delighted to have joined the firm’s highly regarded and award-winning commercial property team. I am very much looking forward to working with my new colleagues, who are recognised for their knowledge and expertise in both Chambers UK and The Legal 500, and contributing to the future success of the team.”

Partner and team head Katja Wigham added: “We are delighted to welcome Paul as a senior member of our Commercial Property team. His experience and local knowledge will further strengthen our excellent team.”
