Burges Salmon has advised voice-based, AI-driven, digital health platform Albert Health on landmark seed round investment of $1 million. It was led by Sabanci Ventures, with participation from Teknoloji Yatirim A.S., AK Portföy and EGİAD Melekleri.
Albert Health enables patients to manage their chronic conditions. As of today, the company continues to take bold steps with the vision of being a global digital therapeutics company and developing disease management and telehealth programs with multinational pharmaceutical companies, enabling Albert Health to support more than 100,000 patients.
The Burges Salmon team advising on the deal was led by partner Danny Lee and supported by associate Niall Mackle, both from the firm’s Edinburgh-based Corporate team.
