Memery Crystal is pleased to announce that its Real Estate team has represented new client EIH London Investments Limited in the acquisition of its first UK property. EIH London Investments Limited, operating as Oberoi Hotels & Resorts (“Oberoi”), is a prominent luxury hotel brand based in India, now embarking on its UK expansion through this inaugural acquisition.
The property, located in Mayfair, serves as a key part of Grosvenor’s £500 million South Molton Triangle redevelopment project.
The transaction was led by Matthew Lindsay, co-Head of Banking & Finance, with the Property aspects of the transaction being coordinated by Sam Silverman and Matthew Hind, both Partners in the Real Estate department. Additional support was provided by Anukrit Bhargava, Associate, and Karkay Lee, Solicitor.
