SAS Daniels LLP has appointed OneAdvanced as its software partner to streamline legal practice and case management. The Cheshire-based firm has chosen OneAdvanced’s Partner for Windows (P4W) system to support its strategic goal of enhancing service delivery. With a 120-strong team of legal experts, SAS Daniels aims to optimize operations with P4W’s efficient, integrated technology, which combines key tools like Legal Aid, MS Office, and legal accounts in a single ecosystem.
The firm appointed OneAdvanced after searching for a market leading partner with tried and tested experience in the legal sector. OneAdvanced continues to work closely with law firms including Knights, Brecher, Eaton Smith Solicitors and Gardner Leader, and develops its solutions in conjunction with its customers.
Doug Hargrove, SVP for legal at OneAdvanced said: “SAS Daniels is an ambitious, successful firm with a strong market presence throughout the North West and nationwide. Like many forward-looking firms, it has increasingly turned to technology to support its daily functions from client onboarding to managing due diligence, making P4W an ideal next step as it seeks to enhance client experience.
“OneAdvanced has worked with law firms of all shapes and sizes for years, helping them to harness the power of technology to bolster their service offering. The demands of law firms continues to change and our legal clients are experiencing a higher demand in client expectations for faster, accurate communication as well as greater transparency throughout the entire legal case life cycle. This growing demand for tech-enhanced processes comes not only from clients but also from employees in law firms, and will continue to rise as continued improvements in ways of working become available. Our products are specifically designed for the legal sector and integrate with commonly used software in law firms, helping to create a seamless system that frees up fee earners’ time and helps boost productivity and profitability.”
The firm is currently onboarding P4W and expects to deploy the new system in 2025. OneAdvanced will manage all historic data migration from the firm’s former technology provider.
Jeremy Orell, CEO of SAS Daniels, added: “Our promise to our clients, as well as to understand their needs and protect their interests, is to provide exceptional service. Having a sophisticated practice and case management system in place is crucial to this goal, and our decision to partner with OneAdvanced reflects our strategy to elevate our service delivery.
“OneAdvanced has an excellent track record of supporting the legal sector and we are confident that its well respected, industry leading software will be instrumental in driving efficiency and productivity across the firm, enabling us to deliver more streamlined legal services to our clients and operate more effectively as a business.”
