Global law firm DLA Piper announces that, effective 1 January 2025, Anna Mills, a partner in its London office, will become the Global Co-chair of its International Arbitration Practice. This role is central to the firm’s disputes offering.
Anna joins fellow Global Co-chairs Michael Ostrove (based in New York) and Kate Brown de Vejar (based in Mexico City). Over the past year, Anna has co-led the firm’s International Arbitration team in Europe, demonstrating strong leadership. She brings extensive expertise in complex, high-value international arbitrations, particularly in the construction, engineering, and energy sectors, with a focus on power and renewable energy projects.
The Firm has worked tirelessly to enhance its ability to provide clients with a seamless international arbitration offering and continues to grow in key jurisdictions such as the UK, Middle East, Latin America and APAC. The expertise and depth of the Firm’s integrated cross-border team means that clients can get arbitration support wherever they need it.
