Bellevue Law is strengthening its employment law practice with the appointment of experienced lawyer Esther Langdon as Senior Consultant.

Previously a Counsel at Dentons within their People, Reward and Mobility team, Esther brings a wealth of expertise in employment law. Her broad experience covers strategic advisory work, litigation, discrimination, whistleblowing, workplace investigations, and post-termination restrictions. She has handled both contentious and non-contentious matters, advising clients across industries such as financial services and energy.

With over two decades of experience, Esther has significant expertise in handling complex reorganisations, restructurings, and employment issues arising from corporate transactions. She has also played a key role in developing employment practices at previous firms and enjoys the client-facing and business development aspects of her work, and working with both individuals and organisations.
