DWF further strengthens US claims and adjusting offering

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has expanded its US claims management and adjusting capabilities with the arrival of Sean Mulligan and Jie Chen from Charlotte Adjusting.

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has expanded its US claims management and adjusting capabilities with the arrival of Sean Mulligan and Jie Chen from Charlotte Adjusting.

The new additions, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, will broaden DWF‘s ability to offer adjusting services to insurers and other organisations for a variety of insurance claims.

Jason Ford, CEO of Connected Services at DWF, commented: “DWF is known for its expertise and capabilities in the global insurance sector and within Connected Services this is particularly true for claims management and adjusting. The arrival of Charlotte Adjusting adds geographical coverage and service diversity to our offering in the US, where we have a well-established claims management and adjusting team in Chicago.  Our strategy is to provide high quality services to the global insurance market, so I am delighted that Charlotte Adjusting have agreed to join DWF to help us do just that.”

DWF‘s global claims and adjusting team comprises 200 people in eight locations, managing claims in over 60 countries for many of the world’s largest insurance companies.
