New dispute resolution starter for Harrison Drury

Harrison Drury has appointed a new solicitor to join its commercial dispute resolution and insolvency team.

Jessica Casson-Grave is a graduate with a Master of Laws (MLaw) from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), and joins the Preston and Lancaster firm from Oglethorpe, Sturton & Gillibrand Solicitors in Lancaster where she completed her training.

With a particular focus on the agricultural sector, Jessica has experience across a broad range of property, probate and commercial disputes. Based at the firm’s Preston and Lancaster offices, she will assist our clients to help resolve dispute matters involving business contracts, commercial debt and partnership/shareholder disputes.

Sean Gibbs, head of commercial dispute resolution at Harrison Drury, said: “It’s great to see Jessica returning to her spiritual home at Harrison Drury after completing her professional legal training. We were also in competition with others in the legal industry to secure her services so are very happy that she chose us.

“She will be a great asset to the team, particularly with her background and knowledge in the rural sector, and we are delighted that Jessica has chosen to return to Harrison Drury to continue her career.”

Jessica said: “Harrison Drury is a very modern and positive place to work. The high-quality client service and excellent training offering here will enable me to push myself professionally.”
