mfg Solicitors Strengthens Private Client Department with New Senior Associates

Midlands-based law firm mfg Solicitors has strengthened its Private Client department with the appointment of three new senior associates.

Sophie Shakeshaft, Jonathan Skilbeck, and Jack Robinson have joined the firm as it continues to expand its regional presence, reinforcing its commitment to delivering expert legal services across the Midlands.

Sophie joins the firm’s Birmingham office where she will lead the firm’s Private Client offering in the city. Meanwhile, Jonathan will be based at mfg’s Ludlow office, with Jack also based in Shropshire, but at the firm’s Telford base.

The trio, who are specialists in wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administration, will work closely with partner and head of department Giles Scott, and also partners Peter Stephens, Valerie Robinson and Sally Smith.

Giles Scott, partner and head of the Private Client department at mfg Solicitors said: “Sophie, Jonathan and Jack all join us with impressive and proven track records in a variety of private client-related matters.

“All three have the drive, determination and first-class professionalism we look for. They are already proving to be excellent additions to the firm by supporting our clients on a huge variety of matters as they look for advice and assistance to help plan for the years ahead.

“I am delighted to welcome them to the team as we take our growth across the region to another level.”
