– Firm supports staff with staff profit share and inflation support payment –

16 August 2022 – Birketts, a top 100 law firm, has celebrated a record year in 2021/22, with revenue up 12% from 2020/21.

Building on its year-on-year growth, the firm has recorded £77.6m total revenue for the financial year ending May 2022. This is up from £69.2m recorded turnover in the financial year ending May 2021.

Birketts’ employees will share in the firm’s success as recognition of their contribution to the firms continued growth. The staff profit share and bonus scheme has resulted in £2.8m being paid to staff this year. This year, it includes a £1,000 inflation support payment for colleagues earning under £65,000 p/a to help with the pressures of rising costs and inflation.
