HF MOVES MANCHESTER OFFICE TO MEDIACITY

HF, the UK’s leading legal advisers to the insurance and commercial sectors, is moving to a new office in Greater Manchester. Located in Orange Tower, MediaCity, in Salford, the new location is part of an exciting waterfront tech, digital and creative hub, home to companies including the BBC, ITV, Kellogg’s and Ericsson. HF will be taking the space fully fitted and furnished to a very high standard.

The impressive office space has a range of amenities on its doorstep including independent food and drink experience Box on the Docks, the Lowry Arts Centre and Quayside MediaCity. The destination is well connected, sitting directly on the Metrolink with a dedicated tram stop in the centre of MediaCity and two further Metrolink lines within walking distance. There is also access to 6,000 secure car parking spaces, frequent bus routes and dedicated cycle routes.

Orange is net zero carbon and one of the few BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rated buildings in Greater Manchester, aligning with HF’s sustainability goals and allowing for real savings on energy consumption over the long term.  MediaCity is also recognised as one of the best in the UK for its broadband and telecom infrastructure achieving Platinum Wired Scored rating (the highest available).

Ronan McCann, CEO & Managing Partner at HF said “This is such an exciting step for our operations and people in Manchester. The flexible and inviting office space will give our teams a fantastic working environment in an easily accessible and desirable place, with amazing views over Manchester, Salford Quays and Old Trafford. Our team in Manchester has been growing from strength to strength and we have plans to further scale the business over the coming months and years. Our new office space gives us the ideal base to support our growth and our flexible, hybrid working model.”

Simon Lovegrove, Senior Asset Manager for MediaCity added: “We’re delighted HF has earmarked MediaCity as the place to support its future growth plans after recognising how MediaCity attracts talent and business opportunity. We’re now seeing a growing number of professional service organisations wanting to join our inspiring community of creatives and innovators as they see the value of the breadth of offering here for employees to benefit from.”

MediaCity is a joint venture between Peel L&P and Landsec.
