Ellenor brings extensive experience in corporate employment law, having spent the past seven years at Am Law 200 firm, Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP. Her expertise spans industries including technology, logistics, hospitality, energy, natural resources, and healthcare, where she has advised on executive employment, separation agreements, restrictive covenants, and sensitive executive transitions.
In addition to litigation, Ellenor supports employers through proactive HR counseling and compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. She also represents clients in proceedings under anti-discrimination, employment, and contract laws and has managed investigations by federal agencies such as the EEOC, SEC, and OSHA.
Ellenor’s experience includes over 1,000 transactions, with notable deals like Routematch’s acquisition by Uber, Hyperwallet’s $400 million sale to PayPal, and Mailchimp’s acquisition of Sawa. Her proven track record of guiding both public and private clients through complex transactions underscores her versatility and impact in employment law.

Ellenor, admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Georgia’s Middle and Northern Districts, began her career as a clerk for the Honorable E. Clayton Scofield III. She holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law and is an active member of the Atlanta and American Bar Associations.
